Ink Works Copy, Print, and Design wanted a website that was easy to edit, looked nice, and was easy to modify should the need arise. This was the inception of SimplePresence, a lightweight PHP framework useful for templated flatpages that needed little in the way of dynamic content. In addition to this, there was a web form needed to allow customers to place orders online, then pick them up from the store when they were completed. Web design and hosting services were offered at a competitive price, a factor of ten less than a previous quote.
